PASIGHAT, Mar 4: Local MLA Kaling Moyong inaugurated the Smart Police Beat House funded under Smart City Mission, MoHUA at Pasighat Main Bazar in the presence today.
The MLA in his address said the 24x7 monitoring and on spot public services in the heart of the city will benefit the general public, business community including tourists and visitors in providing a safe and secure environment.
DC Tayi Taggu in his address urged citizens that the infrastructure created for the citizens is now public asset for everyone to take care adding that the fastest growing Pasighat Smart city is keeping up with changing face of the Smart City and instill confidence in the people through such initiatives.
CEO, Pasighat Smart City Mission( PSCDCL), Dr. Manjuli Komut informed that the upgradation of the Police Beat House is a part of the Market Upgradation projects under Phase I & II under Smart City Mission. The Beat House has spacious office rooms & all required facilities including washroom with 24x 7 CCTV Surveillance. The CEO also thanked support of the State Government, local MLA, the SPV team and all stakeholders & general public for the successful implantation of various Smart city projects being taken up to transform Pasighat Smart City in all sectors to improve quality of life and best of services and facilities to the people.
