New Delhi, Aug 26: Home Minister Mama Natung during a call on with Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi briefed about the augmentation of vigilance at inter-state check gates of the state in the wake of the Bangladesh political crisis through strict checking of Inner Line Permits (ILPs) and recent linking of Aadhar card with e-ILP. 
Natung also stressed that fencing the international borders is of utmost priority for the border state to check infiltrations, drug trafficking, insurgent activities and illegal cross border movements. 
The Home Minister while thanking the Ministry of Home Affairs, submitted TCL Package 2.0 Action Plan. Natung reiterated that it is critical to consolidate TCL Package 1.0 to augment immediate additional capabilities in the state police to strengthen its resources and infrastructures already raised in the earlier package. The basic components in revised TCL 2.0 proposal would be infrastructures, mobility and equipment. 
The Union Home Minister in his response assured Natung to look into the proposal submitted for a positive outcome.
