ITANAGAR, Nov 7: MLA Techi Kaso handed over medical equipment to the DMO Capital Itanagar Dr Mandip Perme for further distribution to the Health & Wellness centers of the Capital Region during the Civic Action program which  was organised by team of 171 bn CRPF led by Commandent Srivastava at Nirjuli HWC today.
