Namsai, Jan 23: Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein today inaugurated the “Rostrum & Covered Seating Gallery” at APIL Ground, Namsai. He was accompanied by Advisor to Minister Sports & Youth Affairs, Chau Zingnu Namchoom , Deputy Commissioner Namsai C R Khampa, SP Namsai and HoDs. 
The project is funded under SASCI with an estimated cost of Rs. 1000.00 Lakh. The salient features include a VIP Gallery with a seating capacity of 1000, public toilet, conference and control rooms, two team changing rooms, a medical room, and an artificial football turf with an advanced subsurface drainage system complemented by a VIP Lounge and a stormwater CC drain.
