ROING, Oct 11: The 1st District Level Annual Sports Meet for U-17 Boys and Girls Football Tournament 2023 was conducted from October 7-11 at Meka Football Ground, Roing.
13 teams (8 Boys and 5 Girls) participated in the tournament. The Boys final match was played between GHSS Roing  Vs GHSS Bolung. GHSS Bolung beat GHSS Roing by 2-1. The highest scorer of the tournament in Boys category was Lenjing Boko of GHSS, Bolung who scored 8 goals and the Best Goalkeeper was Obang Modi from GHSS, Bolung.
In the Girls final match, GHSS Roing beat GHSS Dambuk by 2-0 goals. In the Girls category, the Highest Scorer was Aido Kening of GHSS Dambuk who scored 3 goals and the Best Goalkeeper was Onam Borang of GSS Dambuk.
