The Governor said that Nyokum, one of the most popular and celebrated festivals in Arunachal Pradesh, marvellously reflects the treasured traditions and values of the Nyishi community. The vibrant celebrations of Nyokum Yullo provide an opportunity to showcase the moral heritage, social values, and cultural diversity that make our state truly unique. This cherished festival of the Nyishi community stands as a testament to the rich and vibrant cultural heritage of our beloved State Arunachal Pradesh. As we come together to celebrate, I am confident that the youth, community leaders, and esteemed members of the Nyishi community will continue to play a vital role in preserving and promoting this invaluable cultural legacy for generations to come, he said.
