ITANAGAR, Nov 13: In a heartwarming gesture this Diwali, the Arunachal Life Saving Foundation organized a charitable event with a significant clothes and sweet distribution program at the RK Mission Conference Hall. The event aimed to help under-privileged families in the ICR region, including sweepers, cleaners, plumbers, laborers, and single mothers.
Advisor to Chief Minister, Tai Tagak who attended as chief guest emphasized the importance of lighting not just our homes but also our hearts with love and respect for others promoting positivity and do away negativity from within which will give back happiness and harmony in the society. He also called for making this kind of charity event an annual affair and appealed to all to come forward for such a noble cause for the needy under the give back to society initiative.
Swami Ji Naravirananda, the guest of honor, added a spiritual dimension to the event. His words, focusing on the purification of the inner soul with every breath, resonated with the attendees, reminding them of the deeper significance of the festival of lights.
