ITANAGAR, Oct 19: Former lawmaker of Tali, Rughu Tado has welcomed the Arunachal Pradesh Cabinet decision who in its meeting under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday, created two new circles -- Paye with its headquarters at Rikmum Riangio and Nyoriq circle bifurcating Tali administrative center while Pipsorang circle office has been upgraded to sub-divisional office for administrative convenience.
Such vision for remote parts of the state, like Tali assembly constituency in Kra Daadi district, reflects people-centric move to ensure administration reaches the doorsteps of the masses, which deserve appreciation from all quarters, Tado said in a statement on Thursday.
