Aalo, Mar 31: 2nd Randomization of EVMs for all  3 Assembly Constituencies and 33 Assembly Segments under 1-Arunachal West Parliamentary Constituency were done at 11am on Sunday. List of EVM, VVPATs going to polling stations has been shared with candidates and agents.
Training cum meeting with contesting candidates and their agents was also done on various provisions of MCC, EEM, permissions, Sec 127A etc., General Observer, Police Observer, Exp Observer were present along with DEO and SP.
