PASIGHAT, Dec 17: While marking a significant milestone in the pursuit of equitable education for underprivileged children in rural villages, the Donyi Polo Vidya Niketan, Pasighat, inaugurated a Sanskar Kendra in Rani village of East Saing district on Monday, some 13.7 KM near here.
The event witnessed the gracious presence of Talom Tatak, Head Gaon Bura of Rani Village as Chief Guest and other esteemed dignitaries including Ex-ZPM, Tajing Taki and Dr. Kaling Dai, SMC Chairman of DPVN, Pasighat who is a retired Joint Director of the Health Services, and is active in social upliftment activities besides his hobbies on wildlife photography and conservation of flora & fauna.
The ceremony began with a heartfelt welcome by Principal, Vidya Kant Jha, who shared the vision of the Sanskar Kendra to provide free education and foster holistic development for children who are unable to access regular schooling. Inspiring speeches delivered by other dignitaries laid emphasis on the vital role of such noble initiatives in empowering the youths and nurturing a stronger community.
