NAMSAI, Oct 10: A coordination meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Namsai to discuss the modalities for conducting ‘Seva Maah’ in the month of November.
Deputy Commissioner Namsai explained the genesis and concept behind the conduct of “Seva Maah” and elaborated the timeline of activities to be carried out by the departments. He highlighted the importance of IEC activities to be undertaken ahead of the programme to ensure that the benefits of the programme reach the grassroot level.
Department wise suggestive activities were discussed and a total of 8 camps were proposed to be set up circle wise. The meeting was attended by all the administrative officers, HoDs, Bank managers and officials of ArSRLM & Piramal Foundation.
