Aalo, Jan 9: Chief Minister Pema Khandu today chaired the review meeting of West Siang at Aalo along with Balo Raja, Minister UD & Housing, Land Management etc., which was conducted to review the progress of developmental projects of the district.
Deputy Commissioner Mamu Hage warmly welcomed the CM and his team and highlighted the progress of major projects of the district in a PowerPoint presentation. Eleven major government projects were highlighted and the progress of  work discussed. The DC informed that all the major projects are going smoothly except few. By 2025 few projects will be completed as per time, she informed. DC also highlighted the initiatives of district administration for beautification of Aalo township and other initiatives.
Khandu inaugurated the City Surveillance projects and handed over to  SSP/DIGP Aalo. Under the city surveillances, 10 CC cameras were installed in various strategic locations of Aalo township for easy tracking.
T.Amo(IPS) SSP/DIGP Aalo presented the various initiatives of District Police and informed many criminal cases, drug peddlers, traffic violators etc were checked.
Minister Balo Raja who is the Guardian Minister of West Siang, Leparada, Shi-Yomi etc., informed all the district administrators, HoDs and MLAs of each District to work as a team for the better development of the District. He informed that as a Guardian Minister, he will convene a meeting with all the DCs, SPs, HoDs and MLAs of his jurisdiction to review the progress of projects and issues of each district.
CM Khandu informed that in Arunachal Pradesh each district has different problems while undertaking any projects due to the differences in topography. The Govt of Arunachal Pradesh is inclusive in governing. ....Page 2

He also informed that with the blessing of Prime Minister Narendra Modi  Arunachal is changing in every front of developmental projects.
Recently the government has appointed Guardian Ministers, Mentor Secretaries for every District to look after the issues, problems and monitoring of various schemes of the government, the CM informed. 
On January 16&17, the CM will convene a meeting with all DCs, Guardian Ministers, Secretaries to chalk out the proper planning from district to state level so that the government can have knowledge of every districts performances and review on it. Cabinet meeting will be held in every District in the days to come, the CM informed.
The review meeting was attended by MLAs Topin Ete, Pesi Jilen, Nyabi Jini Dirchi, Tumpe Ete ZPC West Siang, among others.
