YINGKIONG, Dec 13: In a humanitarian gesture the Sikiing Kojee Charitable Society led by its Chairperson Dr Mity Jopir distributed blankets and warm clothes to 22 convicts and UTPs of Sub- Jail Yingkiong on Wednesday.
The team interacted and provided Psycho Social support to the inmates of the jail. Damini Tali, Clinical Psychologist, District Hospital Yingkiong highlighted the negative impact of drugs and ways to fight its clutches.
Earlier Dr.Mity Jopir highlighted the objective of the initiative and said that it is part of humanitarian effort to reach out to inmates and to sensitize them to lead a healthy life. DIPRO
