DEOMALI, Dec 20: The Adhyayan Education Foundation, on the initiative of ADC-Deomali Vishakha, conducted a career counseling session at the Rajkumar College which was attended by 80 students. The session aimed to guide students in making informed decisions about their career paths post-grade 12th.
The session underscored the importance of self-awareness, urging students to identify their interests and strengths as pivotal elements in shaping their future careers. Emphasizing a growth mindset, students were encouraged to cultivate grit and perseverance as fundamental values.
Significantly, the session highlighted 21st-century skills, including communication, collaboration, and critical thinking, providing valuable insights into the evolving job market. Engaging discussions ensued as students posed intriguing questions about their potential career trajectories, showcasing genuine interest in exploring options post-higher secondary education.
The presence of dedicated teachers, Miss Chajo and Vikram Sir, added valuable perspectives to the session. In recognition of their contributions, both teachers were honored with certificates by Ashok Kumar Singh Sir (TGT - GUPS NTC) at the event's conclusion.
