ITANAGAR, Oct 10: The Arunachal Pradesh Football Association's (APFA) are in talks with the North East United Football Club (NEUFC) for launching the Arunachal Football Academy. The initiative is part of a pathway to provide a much better football  environment with best facilities for  young kids of the state and nourish their talents.
Honorary Secretary Kipa Ajay, and Sr. Vice President, Kipa Takum held a meeting today with the prestigious ISL side North East United FC represented by CEO Mandar Tamhane, and Operation Head Rohit for the launch of Arunachal Football Academy(AFA), a residential football academy in Arunachal Pradesh in collaboration with the NEUFC from next academic session.
The NEUFC has assured to provide technical support and necessary training to the appointed staff and coaches of the academy.
NEUFC was invited by the Honorary Secretary, APFA to finalise possible collaboration for the launch of Arunachal Football Academy to strengthen grassroot football in the state.
