ITANAGAR, Sep 11:Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee has mourned the untimely demise of Paney Nachang, a young and dynamic Congress leader of 19-Nyapin Assembly Constituency, Kurung Kumey District who passed away today at Guwahati. Late Nachang was the younger brother of Paney Talik, President DCC, Kurung Kumey District. APCC termed him as a very sincere and dedicated Congress worker, who rendered valuable contribution for the party at the grassroots level as well as for all round development and welfare of the people of Nyapin.
