Changlang, July 28: In a heartwarming ceremony, ABVP Changlang District honoured the district topper students of Class 8th to 12th for the academic year 2023-2024.
The felicitation-cum-Career Counseling Programme aimed to recognise and inspired the young achievers.
The event was attended by Deputy Commissioner Changlang, Vishal Sah Ji, Er. Roikim Taikam Ngemu Madam, General Secretary of All Tangsa Women Welfare Society as the Chief Guest and Guest of Honor respectively, and presence of distinguished guests.
