ITANAGAR, Jun 28: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU) has expressed serious concern over the poor educational scenario in the state and has announced the formation of a dedicated committee to study the ground reality.
Under the theme "Sampoorna Shiksha, Sampoorna Shikshit Arunachal," the committee aims to comprehensively assess the current educational conditions and identify key issues affecting education in Arunachal Pradesh, said Vice President (Admin) AAPSU  Bengia Pillia.
AAPSU is deeply committed to enhancing the educational landscape of the state and plans to conduct a thorough survey to understand the academic performance and challenges faced by students and educators. The union acknowledges the disappointing academic results in recent years and calls upon every citizen to feel a sense of responsibility and extend their cooperation and suggestions to improve the educational scenario, he added.
Further Neelam Son Convenor-AAPSU-cum-Vice Chairman Sampoorna Shiksha, Sampoorna Shikshit Arunachal stated that the initiated has been formulated by the team led by President and General Secretary. The  Committee will visit schools, and meet students, teaching faculties, and even villagers to know about their grievances.
AAPSU will identify primary challenges faced by students and educators, understand specific infrastructural improvements needed in schools, and gather suggestions for enhancing the qualifications and training of teachers. Additionally, AAPSU is interested in hearing about potential improvements in curriculum and teaching methods, the introduction or enhancement of extracurricular activities to promote holistic development, and strategies to increase community and parental engagement in the educational process. Any other suggestions or comments that can help shape the future of education in the state are also welcome.
The committee will also encourage active participation and request feedback to be sent to the provided contact details or dropped at the suggestion box in the AAPSU office on or before July 10, he added.
AAPSU believes that a collective effort involving all stakeholders will significantly contribute to the advancement of the educational system in Arunachal Pradesh, paving the way for a brighter future for its students, added the Committee Vice Chairman.
