ITANAGAR, Oct 20:The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) has vehemently condemned the murder of one Wangnon Wangpasam of Chopnu village, Kanubari for raising his voice against the molestation of his young sister. Reportedly the man was shot dead by cadres belonging to NSCN (IM).

Condemning the inhuman atrocities of NSCN (IM) and inhuman activities against the common villagers, the AAPSU has demanded for strong action and stringent action against the culprits’ involved and early arrest of the victims. Seeking compensation for the victims, the union said that such heinous crimes cannot be tolerated against the common people.

Meanwhile, the Rujen Students' Union (RSU) has also condemned the act.

The union in a press statement said that the heinous act has really terrified the local people and nearby villages.
