ITANAGAR, May 27: The 14th edition of the SAPE Education Fair-2024 is all set to provide a diverse range of career assessment opportunities to students in Itanagar.
Organized by SAPE Events & Media Private Limited, the event will take place on May 28 and 29 at Hotel Arun Subansiri, Zero Point.
“The focus of this edition is to invite students to explore various scholarships and new age courses. The fair aims to guide students and parents in selecting institutions that align with their personalities and goals,” Sanjay Thapa the founder and managing director of SAPE said.
With participation from over 40 reputed educational institutions from across the country, offering specialized courses in engineering, hospitality, communication, IT, nursing, architecture, and other new age courses, candidates will have access to one-on-one guidance sessions.
These sessions will help clarify doubts and explain the application processes, facilitating informed decision-making based on individual needs.
“Since its inception in 2004, the SAPE Career Fair has organized a series of successful events annually in various locations across India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. In addition to offering free entry and career counselling, the fair provides students with the opportunity to take a free career aptitude test,” Thapa said.
This test assesses and maps more than 250 skill attributes of an individual, identifying professional areas where the student can excel. The report generated includes attributes mapping, preferred professions, and course suggestions.
Thapa said for many students, visiting the SAPE Education Fair marks a significant milestone, where they make decisions not only about their programme of choice but also about the educational institutions that will shape their future.
For others, the fair serves as a valuable resource for gathering information to make informed decisions about their educational needs, he added.
Students can also gain insight into education expenses, which are essential to fund today's rising education costs.
Additionally, students can use this platform to explore scholarship opportunities and secure spot admissions.
The SAPE Education Fair is not limited to India but is also recognized in several Southeast Asian countries.
SAPE has been the pioneer in organizing educational fairs in Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and West Africa, enjoying the status of First Mover Advantage.
