TEZU, Jul 14: A felicitation-cum-counselling event  for Class 10 and 12 passed students  was organised today here at Arunachal Vikas Parisad School auditorium. 
The Hali Valley Youths Organisation (HVYA) of Manchal and Hawai Circles under Anjaw district felicitated the toppers of 2018-19 AISSE-AISSCE board hailing from Hali Valley under the two hilly circles.
Monty Towang, Nanetsi Kri, Banemso Hakung of 12th standard and  Aditi Kri, Bapelu Kri, Beginlu Kri of 10th standard were felicitated by  the Cultural and Literary Society of Mishmi (CALSOM) Chairman, Er. B Pul. CALSOM chairman exhorted the students to set goals and work tirelessly for their achievement.
Senior members hailing from the valley gave counselling  to the students.  HVYA Chairman, Asamso Hakung said that the organisation which was established in 2014 seeks to draw a bridge between forerunners of the valley and the new generation to provide a gateway as they reach the higher classes. We have shortlisted some of the best students from Hali Valley for the purpose of felicitation this year to boost their morale, he added.
