Wakro, Feb 5: A youth empowerment seminar titled- Meeta Meet 2019 was conducted by Art of Living teacher Dr Rama Tewari for 40 rural students of Wakro area.
It was an eventful affair in many ways with students enriching themselves spiritually. Sandili experienced deep relaxation of body and mind after which she is now better focussed in work and studies while also experiencing improvement in behavior towards friends and elders. Oli Chanda is having a calmer mind now with which she is able to appreciate silence after undertaking the Sudarshan Kriya. Tiwanso Mepong also says he is more relaxed, calm and feels fresh all day after doing yoga.
Shivani Goyal led a team of volunteers with Shweta and Anita Upadhyay as members to teach drawing and colouring to students. Shivani gifted colours, papers, all painting materials along with chocolates to commemorate the birthday of Brother Madhavan. She also successfully conducted the drawing and painting sessions captivating the children overflowing with enthusiasm in the Sunday class.
Corporate leader Deven Singh Anand also participated and elders appreciated Shivani and her team for the service and opined that youngsters must draw inspirations from young leaders like her to come forward in serving the society. Shivani assured more support to children of Wakro.Participating children performed before the visitors.
