ITANAGAR, May 18:Arunachal Vikash Parishad, Papumpare District, President, Taba Takam on Thursday interacted and congratulated all 18 youths selected from the district to participate in the Youth Cultural Exchange Tour at Pasighat from May 18-24 next. While speaking to the students, he highlighted the importance of cultural exchange among the different tribes of the state and the role of youths in preservation of culture and tradition.
