ITANAGAR, Mar 23:The state Wushu team bagged a silver and bronze medal in the recently concluded 16th junior National Wushu Championship held at Kurukshtera, Haryana from March18 to 22.
Gyamar Yatup won silver medal in the 48 kg below, and Gida Yaji walked away with a bronze in the same category. Both the medallists are from Kimin, Papumpare.
Wangman Wangsu and Manto Boro accompanied the team as coach and instructor.
Meanwhile the All Arunachal Pradesh Wushu Association, President has congratulated the winners along with the whole team.
