ITANAGAR, Oct 3: The West Siang District Students Union while citing that a candidate who cleared the recently held recruitment of Constable (GD) Civil Police and Constable (Band/Bugler) IRBn at Aalo, was not included in the final list for Viva Voce, has urged the concerned authority to rectify the error before the slated interview process.
Karjip Likar, bearing the Roll no. 1040512, who had successfully cleared the written examination for the recruitment of Constable (GD) Civil Police and Constable (Band/Bugler) IRBN held at Aalo has not been included in the final list of qualified candidates for viva-voce test, the West Siang District Students Union said.
It claimed that Karjip Likar was declared eligible on the basis of written test conducted on August 18 and as per result notification APSSB/23/2019 dated September 4, 2019, but in a new September 16, APSSB notification, his name was found to be neither eligible for constable (GD) civil police nor for (Band/Bugler).
“We didn’t expect such error from the board which is believed to be a fair selection board for genuine and deserving candidates. Such type of intolerable mistake is indeed condemnable from all corners. The board must rectify the error immediately and issue clarification or else it will create doubt over the integrity of the selection board,” it added. Newsdesk
