YUPIA, Jun 20:One day District Measles -Rubella Case -Based Surveillance Transitioning Workshop was conducted by District Health Society, Papum Pare at ZPC hall Yupia today.

Presiding over the workshop District Medical Officer Dr.(Mrs) Tasso Subu Kampu briefed the objective of the programme and requested all the participants to take benefit of the workshop.           

Special invitees on the occasion Dr. Amping Perme, Deputy Director, Family Welfare while speaking to the participants on important issues related to family planning, empanelment of gynaecologists with Govt of Arunachal Pradesh, RBSK performance, Health Management Information System (HMIS), DBT of incentives etc, said that there are many more issues which needs to be discussed for streamlining the performance of the department. Stressing upon the timely updating of data, Dr. Amping requested all to provide the data on regular basis besides maintaining the quality of report to prevent any discrepancies in data.                 

Resource persons on the occasion SMO WHO Dr. Tage Taka and DSO,IDSP Dr R Ronya gave presentation on various topics pertaining to MR update.

   DPM Dugyir Padu also gave presentation on Dulari Kanya and Incentivisation Scheme.  Representatives from Private Hospitals like Heema, Niba and RKM hospitals, MO In-Charges, Health Assistants and staffers of DHS attended the programme.
