Doimukh, Sep 21: Capital’s Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, GoI, in collaboration with NN Charitable Society (NNCS) conducted a 3-day Work Camp here from September 18-20 last.
During the first two days of the camp, maintenance of the village approach road was carried out, after which it has now become much easier for the commuters to travel. General Secretary, Papum Pare unit cum 14th Doimukh ST Assembly Constituency In-charge of the state BJP, Teshi Sony was the Special Guest, along with participation by senior citizens, GBs, women wings and youths of the area. Cleanliness drive at the Community Health Centre marked the last day of the camp when all participants cleaned up every hook and corner of the CHC compound.  MO In-charge Dr. L Chuki & Dr. K Borang, GNMs and all other staff of the centre participated in the event. 
A pledge was also taken by the participants and medical staff to keep the area plastic free. NNCS PR
