ITANAGAR, Oct 30: With no response coming from the state government, hundreds of deprived compassionate ground candidates of Arunachal Pradesh Police (APP) continued their 72 hour dharna at Tennis Court today. Agitating candidates and their families are demanding immediate absorption of 183 candidates in the ongoing recruitment process.
More than 24 hours has passed but no representative from the department or government have come to even listen to our demands, lamented a deprived candidate. She further informed that aggrieved family members under the compassionate ground will continue their agitation till the completion of 72 hours and may resort to another round of democratic movement.
