AALO, Feb 28:District Tobacco Control Cell-(DTCC), Aalo, West Siang District successfully conducted mega awareness campaign on harmful effects of tobacco consumption here at Gumin Kinn in collaboration with NPCDCS with the supervision of District Medical Officer-cum-District Nodal Officer, DRCHO and DPO of DTCC-Aalo.

The main objective of the programme was to bring about greater awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use to the people and implement Tobacco Control Laws in West Siang district.  

Moreover, various IEC materials were distributed and displayed to the large number of the people.
