ITANAGAR, Apr 23:Deputy Commissioner, Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan today inaugurated a community toilet at Lower Niti Vihar, IMC Ward No. 8.

The amenity was handed over to Dai Dasa SHG for its upkeep and maintenance. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Councillor of Ward No. 8 Donik Tayu, Circle Officer Moyir Kato, officials of PHED and members of Dai Dasa SHG.  

This is the first of total 48 community toilets being constructed in the Itanagar Capital Complex.
