ITANAGAR, Jul 3:The two day Vistarak training programme organized by the state BJP concluded here at Sri Sri Ravishankar Ashram at Jully, Itanagar on Tuesday.
The two day training programme was organized to provide knowledge about the party ideology, historical background and its evolution. Vistaraks around 30 in number were present on the day where various senior leaders of the BJP highlighted about the party.
“Knowledge, Skill and Attitude are the basic for good leadership, where personality defines everything you work on,” State BJP General Secretary Jarpum Gamlin told the Vistaraks while speaking on leadership and personality development.
He said that, leadership and its concept and meaning has been changing according to the situation from earlier times to the present era.
Advising the Vistaraks to follow the situational leadership, Gamlin said “A vistarak should carry the party ideology to every people of the state with a good approach of speaking and attitude.”
Eastern Parliamentary Vistarak Boken Kino speaking in the sidelines said ‘We train the vistaraks to impart the knowledge about development, party ideology to the grass root level in the villages.’
“Today our society is engulfed by western culture and we want our statesman to stand tall to our own culture & tradition through the vistaraks working at various ground levels,” he said.
He also added that, this training will provide the process of disseminating knowledge about various government schemes and to avail it.
In the meantime former BJP member Tapen Siga, BJP IT, social media in-charge Bengia Agung, Vistarak western zone Dugh Saha also spoke on various topics on the day.
