ITANAGAR, May 15:

The 3^rd meeting of Town Vending Committee was held in the conference hall of Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex on Monday in order to discuss and review the implementation of TVC.

Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan sought progress report regarding the identification of vending zones at Itanagar and Naharlagun from the concerned Extra Assistant Commissioners as per resolution of the earlier meeting.

Habung Lampung Chairman TVC also CMEO, IMC gave Power Point Presentation on modalities of vendor license detailing the guidelines and process of obtaining license.

 

Hento Karga, Extra Assistant Commissioner, Naharlagun briefed that sub-committee has identified four number of vending zones in Naharlagun which requires necessary approval and notification from competent authority. The Deputy Commissioner, further directed EAC, Naharlagun to initiate process for clearance and setting up of vending zones at above mentioned locations.

Jiken Bomjen, EAC, Itanagar briefed that two vending zones has been proposed in Itanagar, however, No Objection Certificate has to be obtained from PHQ and APMC, Itanagar for the proposed land.

The next review meeting has been fixed for June 6 next.
