ITANAGAR, Mar 18:The All Capital Complex Commercial Vehicles Association (ACCCVA) has directed all commercial vehicles operating within the Capital Complex not to ply on the Ganga-Jullang-Naharlagun stretch which is undergoing renovation. It further urged the executing agency to expedite the work within timeline for public convenience.
