Aalo, Jul 15: The 17th Upper Zone Football Tournament organised by Pakam Students’ Union got off to a flying start with altogether 19 club teams in the fray.
The tournament which will continue till  July 28 is recognized by the West Siang District Football Federation and all the selected players will be given scope to represent the district, disclosed the General Secetary DFA, Moge Lona.
The tournament was kicked off by former General Secretary ANSU, Nily Likha Tabo who appealed the players to maintain sportsman spirit and carve a niche for themselves through football.  DIPRO
