ITANAGAR, Feb 19: The All Papum Pare District Students' Union and Arunachal Law Students’ Union today announced to boycott the Statehood Day celebration over the Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issue.
In separate releases, the APPDSU announced to observe February 20 as Black Day while the ALSU said it is compelled to boycott the 33rd statehood celebration as the state government has failed to protect the dignity and integrity of the land and its people.
