ITANAGAR, Jul 15: The All Arunachal Pradesh Public Health Engineering & Water Supply Department Workers Union (AAPPHE & WSDWU) has urged the Chief Engineer (WZ) to post 3 Junior Engineers (JEs) in PHE & WS section under Naharlagun Subdivision.
It informed that shortage of JEs to oversee the labourers and maintenance related works causes immense hardship to the department particularly in the rainy season.
