ITANAGAR, Aug 13: All Tangsa Students Union (ATSU) has submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner, Changlang District seeking his intervention on the appointment of teachers as Block Level Officer (BLO).
In its representation to DC, the union asserted that the district is already facing acute shortage of teachers in various schools and so the appointment of already engaged teachers as BLO will affect the academic activities of the schools as well as the students. There is already AFA and BLW to the job of Block Level Officer (BLO), stated ATSU while appealing to intervene in the appointments.
