ITANAGAR, Jul 4:  Reiterating its demand, All East Siang District Students Union (AESDSU) has  urged the state government to hand over the case of late Ojing Taying to the CBI.

In its press statement, AESDSU has welcomed the government decision to hand over the late Toko Yame case to CBI, however questioned the state government for its lackadaisical attitude towards the late Taying case which is already registered in the Itanagar Police station.

Demanding immediate intervention, the Union alleged that despite several protests and rallies, the government has not  paid any heed to their demand and  threatened to go for rigorous democratic movement in the form of series of bandh  calls .
