ITANAGAR, Mar 11:  An unidentified decomposed body wrapped in plastic was found in the Chandranagar river near VKV school, Itanagar today. Team of police reached the spot as soon as they received information after the body was spotted by locals of the area. Investigating agency is yet to establish the identity of the deceased as major part of the body has already decomposed.
