ITANAGAR, Jul 1: Asserting that state government has created 5 transmission division and 4 electrical divisions without the creation any posts in 2016,2017 and 2018-19, the All Arunachal Pradesh Unemployed Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical & Computer Engineers Association (AAPEEMCEA) has called for creation of various category of technical posts including JEs to fill the required manpower in all divisions.
It stated that creation of a division without creating the post of an Executive Engineer, 3 Assistant Engineers and 8 junior Engineers in each division is a violation of laid down norms of CPWD manual –Vol I.
The Association also alleged that this new division is presently being run by Assistant engineer as Executive Engineer and Junior engineer as Assistant Engineers.
“Such temporary arrangements not only violates the laid down recruitment procedures but is also depriving and demoralizing thousands of genuine and deserving employed engineers running from pillar to post looking for a job,” it added.
