ITANAGAR, Sep 7: The Arunachal Unemployed Civil Engineers Association  has requested the Staff Selection Committee to immediately advertise and conduct the recruitment for Surveyor and Draughtsman Group C pending recruitment  without any further day.
In a representation addressed to Secretary, APSSB, it stated that earlier the Urban & Housing Department has notified various post on January 19, 2018, but later canceled the notification and transferred all posts to the SSC.
It informed that while SSC advertised the non-technical Group C posts in its advertisement dated 9 January 2019, the posts of Surveyor and Draughtsman which was previously included under the notification have not been advertised yet.
“ Many candidates who applied for the post of Surveyor and Draughtsman under previous advertisement are still waiting for new notification which has not been advertised despite passage of a year. If not advertised timely, many candidates age will exceed the age criteria,” it stated.
