YINGKIONG, Sep 21: Pradhan Mantri Ujjawala Yojana was launched in Upper Siang District by Deputy Commissioner Duly Kamduk on Wednesday at Yingkiong with the distribution of LPG connection to the BPL beneficiaries.

Under the scheme a total of 1900 BPL beneficiaries will be targeted and free LPG connection provided to women belonging to BPL families in the district.
