ITANAGAR, Mar 11: A devastating fire today gutted two houses here at the Donyi Polo colony near Ganga Jully Trijunction around 11:25 am. No casualty was reported and the cause of the fire is suspected to be a short circuit.A gas cylinder had also exploded causing more damages to the houses.
The fire was brought under control by a joint team of Fire fighters , CRPF jawans and PCR team led by SDPO Itanagar, DySP K Sikom with support of locals.
