PASIGHAT, Dec 6:  Free health consultation camps were conducted at remote villages of Siang belt like Katan, Dalbing villages of Upper Siang district and Mer village of East Siang District. 
The health camps were conducted by Siang Trust in association with Dhanwantri Sewa Yatra, National Medicos Organisation and Sewa Bharti Purbanchal. Specialists doctors and technicians from different cities of India attended the needy patients in the camps. About 78 patients at Katan village, 55 at Dalbing village and 60 at Mer village were examined and treated. Health camp at Pongging village is also planned. Similar health camps were conducted earlier also treating needy patients at different villages located in interior regions. The health camps have been appreciated by the villagers led by Gaon Buras and elders.
