NAHARLAGUN, Jun 7:Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) is becoming a reality as the first medical college of the state will become functional in August this year, said Minister Health & Family Welfare, RD etc, Alo Libang today.
Libang alongwith officers and officials of Health, Family Welfare, Medical and Technical Education visited and inspected the ongoing progress of work at the upcoming institute.
TRIHMS Director Dr. Moji Jini informed that almost all requirements for the Medical college is nearing completion for the 1st year class to commence.
Library has received more than 1700 books, four cadavers have arrived, freezers have been installed, mortuary is nearing completion, administrative block for 1st year has been completed, Dr Jini informed.
