ITANAGAR, Jul 1: A five-day-long training programme on traditional folklore, music, arts, and crafts of Nyishi community is underway at Community Hall, Nerist. The programme is being organized by the Arunachal Pradesh Delinquent Welfare Association (AAPDWA) and sponsored by Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
Attending the inaugural day as chief guest, ADC, Capital Complex, Talom Dupak encouraged the team to work tirelessly to preserve indigenous culture and traditions for betterment of tribal society.
General secretary, BWC, Kipa Nai attended as a guest of honour and Director, NERIST, HS Yadav as resource person. Newsdesk
