PASIGHAT, Mar 25: One day training programme titled “Introduction, Repairing and Maintenance of Tractors, Power Tillers, Centrifugal Pumps and Plant Protection Equipments” was organized at Sika-Tode village in East Siang on Saturday. The training included introduction of latest models of tractors and power tillers suitable for the land use conditions of Arunachal Pradesh. Various models of water pumps and sprayers were also displayed before the growers. During the programme detail repair and maintenance was carried out by the course Director Dr. SK Pattanaaik, Assistant Professor, CHF, CAU, Pasighat and selected farmers were trained.
