CHANGLANG, Sep 24:A day long district level training program for Block Nodal Officer and Gram Panchayat facilitators of Changlang district was convened today under chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner RK Sharma and Talo Jerang, PD, DRDA as District facilitator. Altogether Block Development Officers of Nine CD Blocks from Changlang, Maio, Dayun, Jairampur, Manmao and Vijoynagar including participants from Panchayat Department and others were imparted hands on training for conducting Baseline Survey and series of Gram Sabha at grassroots level for effective formulation of Gram Panchayat Development plans that would incorporate the genuine needs of the Gram Panchayats.
The Chairman advised all participants to conduct proper survey for achieving the real objective of the campaign.
