ITANAGAR, May 3:With a vision to create a society based on democratic values with improved quality of life through  skill enhancement  , Joy7Foundation –an NGO based in Nitivihar, Itanagar conducted a day training programme on ‘fine dining etiquette’ for the unemployed  youths of  Nitiivhar today.

In the programme, participants were trained on different types of table and counter service, napkin folding , cutlery and crockery , meal planning , hotel etiquettes, preparation of  comfortable dining area,  communication skill, self grooming , health,hygiene and safety.

Arunachal Pradesh is a state where youths are talented, creative and innovative.  They have the unveiling  potential .Hence, along with formal education if the youths of the state are exposed to such  training opportunities  will enhance their potential for overall development. It will also advance  employment opportunities for them , said Tongam Ringu ,the trainer who holds  diploma in Hospitlaity and Tourism  and have 2  years of experience in the field of hospitlaity and hotel management.
