BOMDILA, Dec 19: The 2-day training programme of all the EROs, AEROs, HODs, Nodal Officers and Circle Level Master Trainers of West Kameng for formation of Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) in all the Polling Stations, Offices, Establishments and Undertakings etc with a view to educate voters commenced today at Kameng auditorium, Bomdila.
ADC Bomdila Gombu Tsering urging all concerned for taking up the task in mission mode observed that the onus not only lies on the ECI but also on all the functionaries and stakeholders to ensure that the voters or the to be voters are educated in a more precise manner.
EAC cum ERO S Khandu and CO cum AERO Bomdila Kesang Wangda urged the trainees to make use of the opportunity and be instrumental in making the electioneering process more vibrant and effective for a healthy democracy.
